Do standard vials come labeled?
No — stock vials ship unlabeled, which is exactly what the white-label program exists to change. The labeled vial shown across our catalog is an illustration of the compound and dose; printed artwork on the vial and carton is the white-label offering. Register your interest and our team returns artwork specs and minimums when the program opens.
What is the minimum order for white label?
White-label programs will start from 50 vials (5 kits) across the order, in 10-vial kits — you can spread that across several compounds rather than committing the whole minimum to one. Register your interest and our team returns exact minimums and pricing in writing when the program opens.
Can you print our own label and box design?
Yes. You'll supply brand assets; we return artwork specs and a proof of the labeled vial and carton. Production only runs after you approve the proof.
Is a certificate of analysis included on white-label lots?
Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for purity, identity, quantity, sterility, endotoxins, and heavy metals, and its certificate is filed and referenced on the label, searchable by lot number.
