Alongside your brand, the label carries the compound name, the fill strength, the lot number, and a research-use-only statement. The lot number is what ties each branded vial back to its certificate of analysis, which is why nothing runs until the artwork and lot references are approved.

Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for purity, identity, quantity, sterility, endotoxins, and heavy metals, and its certificate is filed and referenced on the label by lot number. Published certificates are searchable in our certificate library.

No — stock vials ship unlabeled, which is exactly what the white-label program exists to change. The labeled vial shown across our catalog is an illustration of the compound and dose; printed artwork on the vial and carton is the white-label offering. Send a brief and our team returns artwork specs and minimums.

Two sizes cover the range. A 3 ML vial takes a 1.5″ × 0.75″ label; a 10 ML vial takes 2″ × 1.25″. Both wrap the vial, so your brand faces front while the compound name, fill strength, lot number and research-use statement carry around the back.

SVG is preferred, because it resizes to either label size without losing quality — at a label an inch and a half wide, that difference shows. A vector PDF is equally good if the artwork was exported from Illustrator, Canva or a similar tool. A transparent PNG works when no vector file exists; send the largest you have, since artwork should be at least 300 DPI at final print size.

Gloss is the standard finish and matte runs on request. Label stock is not limited to white either — black, navy and custom colours all print. Most brands choose gloss white; the ones that do not are not a problem.

Our label partner designs from scratch. Send the company name and whatever direction you have and you get options back, rather than being asked for a file you do not have. It is a paid service, quoted with your order, and it runs on the same timeline as the artwork proof.

Yes, on every white-label run, without exception. Your brand leads the label and the research-use-only statement appears alongside it. This is a condition of the program rather than a preference — vials leaving here carry it, whoever’s name is on the front.

Tell us at the order and our team confirms it in writing. Some resellers retest and issue their own lot references, and where that applies the label can carry them. The default is the lot number of the batch in the vial, which is what ties the unit back to its certificate of analysis.

In commercial use the two overlap: both put your brand on a product another company manufactures. FDA's registration rules use neither term — they define a private label distributor — and which party carries the listing obligation is set by the supply agreement, not by what the program is called.
